MysteryLover:

I think people forget the context behind Whitney and Mariah’s moment back then. In the 90s, they were constantly compared and pitted against each other. But they came out with a song, interviews, and that moment and showed that they were friends and loved each other, that there wasn’t any animosity between them. That’s what made that moment so special. Two of the biggest female stars of our time coming together!

All things Beauty:

Whitney & Mariah not only did it better but they were original and the two best vocalist of all time. R.I.P Whitney the voice.

Joann Brooker:

Dua and Megan are gorgeous young women living their dreams. No need to speak badly of them; show some love. Mariah and Whitney are legends, gorgeous and two of the greatest voices in music history. There’s no one like either of them. I lovingly remember the original, but appreciate the young people today doing their thing. I miss Whitney so much. Rest well songbird.

Hasti Happy:

I mean for real? People need to understand Mariah and Whitney they are queens legends and absolute talent…I mean !

Nguyễn Hà Phương:

For me the remake rocks but the original has more class and seems more natural 🙂 as expected from the 90s

Lynn Fultz:

Personally, the first was the better. I watched Whitney and Mariah do it on stage years ago.
RIP Whitney

Mai Mai:

Thankfully I am old enough to have seen the original on tv . It was funny because they were both compared always. And there was no social media back then so it was cool to see a glimpse of the two divas having fun! The remake was awkward and trying too hard lol

All these comments trashing this moment.
It was a tribute. Dua & Meg weren’t trying to do better they were paying homage ❤️
