Just Some Guy without a Mustache:

Jokes aside, Chris Rock really was a class act for still continuing on lightening up the mood despite how awkward it was.

Leo Becker:

First laughing, then hitting, then crying. Will Smith emotional control 100%.

USMCSDI:

The joke would have been forgotten in 10 minutes…. but now it will NEVER been forgotten

Someone give an Oscar to Chris Rock… the amount of professionalism he just displayed… Words can’t even describe

Maria F**СК МЕ! СНЕСK МY РR0FILЕ:

Chris Rock following with “That was…the greatest night of television”, took my respect to another level !

Jotaro Kujo:

If it wasn’t for this incident, I wouldn’t had even known the Oscars was going on.

Secret:

I love how in one day, this slapping video has 7x more views than the actual Oscar’s show.

Renovator:

Will had so many other ways to show his disapproval of that joke, even if it was or wasn’t in bad taste. He could have heckled, not laughed or just kept a straight face, addressed Chris during his acceptance speech or after the award show was over, etc. People justifying Will literally physically assaulting someone over a pretty tame joke shows how soft this generation is. In a generation where feelings are more important than logic, and where hurting someone’s feelings or offending them is punishable by being “canceled.”
